Available in June 2009 Pavillion Medical will introduce the newest addition to the range a specialist ultra low height acute care bed to be used within the hospital environment.

The bed has been designed for patients who are at risk of falling out of bed on to the floor and to provide carers with greater flexibility to assist in positive patient management. The ultra low height of 185mm (18.5cm) is the lowest available. The ultra low acute care bed will also benefit shorter patients who struggle to get in and out of standard hospital beds. Both crash mats and side rail protectors will be available as options.
